About Us
Located in Racine, Wisconsin, we have 25+ years of experience and a team of the best and brightest consultants in the area. In addition to collaborating with various organizations, our owner and founder is the co-owner of Payne & Frazier Consultants where she serves as a lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consultant.
About Dr. Payne
Kimberly serves as the Lead Consultant for all projects. She is committed to education, advocacy, and staying involved in the local community. She serves the community as an active member of Jesus Alive Ministries, and as a board member of IMPACT, Incorporated.
Kimberly holds bachelor’s and master's degrees from Drake University and Iowa State University, and a doctoral degree in Education (Leadership, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement) from Concordia University Wisconsin.
