Testimonios

I liked working with Kimberly Payne the most. Her kindness, encouragement, patience, curiosity, and wisdom helped us take on a huge convening that was outside our current capacity. I learned so much from her and felt supported by her attention to detail, warmth, and presence. She is a skilled facilitator who brings her own value and perspective while also holding space for a wide breath of other experiences and values. Her energy is both approachable, friendly, and incredibly professional. We plan to continue to work with her team on projects in the future.

Erica Gerrity, Ostara Initiative

Having personally worked with Kimberly, I can attest to her effectiveness. She and her team excel in organizing events, maintaining approachability, and establishing clear rules of engagement for participants. Their seamless execution makes even challenging tasks appear effortless. I wholeheartedly recommend bringing Kimberly and her team on board for your project.

Thank you again so very much for the challenging, informative, inspiring, practical, and engaging evening you presented at Siena Retreat Center. I came away with much to think about and ways to continue working toward true racial justice. I heard many, many positive comments about how informative and well-put-together your presentation was. You incorporated an overview picture—stories and data—with well-structured discussion in a way that tells me you have been facilitating groups for a long time! Either that or you are naturally great at it.
