Born in Racine, Wisconsin, and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Dr. Moss embodies resilience and unwavering faith, inspiring audiences worldwide with her powerful message of hope and transformation.

Dr. Moss is a proud graduate of Libbey High School in Toledo. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bowling Green State University in 2007, with a minor in science and intervention specialties. Embarking on her career journey in 2008, she swiftly established herself as a beacon of change within Toledo Public Schools, advocating tirelessly for inner-city youth.

Dr. Moss' commitment to community upliftment shines through her initiatives with The Boys & Girls Club of Toledo, where she pioneered programs like SMART Girls, empowering young women to cultivate self-esteem and informed decision-making. Her outstanding contributions were recognized with prestigious accolades, including Volunteer of the Year in 2009 and Employee of the Year in 2010.

Continuing her academic pursuits, Dr. Moss obtained a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Toledo in 2013, and furthered her impact as a Holmes Scholar at the University of Findlay. In 2018, Dr. Moss attained her Doctorate of Education, focusing her research on the transformative impact of the wraparound process on at-risk youth and families. Her groundbreaking work continues to shape educational practices and community interventions, reflecting her unwavering commitment to effecting positive change.
